You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Site and, if applicable, deleting your account through the account settings or by contacting us.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of Motor Grime shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Wayne County, Michigan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
12. Changes to Terms
Motor Grime reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion.
